This is the most difficult route of the Arronches Cycling Center, with 60% covering secondary roads. The route starts towards Esperança by a wide road but without a curb. From Esperança and up to the Monasteries, the route continues along rough roads with average conditions. The main crossing points are Aldeia da Esperança, Mosteiros, Alegrete and Urra village. In these villages we can find different support services such as cafes, toilets, among others. To remark is the passage near Alegrete, considered by many to be the capital of mountain biking in the region and with its magnificent castle at the top. The landscape is dominated by cork oak and holm oak trees, while there is also extensive grazing, whether for cows or sheep. When passing through the Monasteries, we can already see the endogenous landscape of the mountains mixed with some agricultural properties. This route coincides until Mosteiros with route 5, allowing you to choose to shorten the circuit, or to follow a different route during the activity.
