Route considered of difficult cycling skill level, it is predominantly in asphalted paths on municipal and national roads, with a landscape predominatly characterized by the cork oak and holm oak, as well as some areas of cattle grazing and also the Quartzite Ridges of "Sra. da Penha" in Castelo de Vide. The main crossing points are Póvoa and Meadas, Póvoa and Meadas's Dams, Sra. da Penha and Castelo de Vide.
