Cycling Route of difficult skill level mainly in asphalted paths on municipal and national roads, with a landscape predominantly characterized by cork oak and holm oak, as well as some areas of cattle grazing.  It also has a quartzite crest, 850 meters above the level from the sea where the village of Marvão is located. The main crossing points are Marvão, Escusa, Portagem and Santo António das Areias.
