Route of moderate difficulty, that covers the rural paths in the surroundings of the village of Almodôvar. The degree of difficulty is attributed essentially to the distance covered, as the paths are generally wide and have a good terrain. The paths are mostly unpaved and without pronounced unevenness, with some asphalt sections on roads with little traffic. The landscape is dominated by cork oak and holm oak. Main crossing points are the Archaeological Ruins of Mesas do Castelinho and the village of Santa Clara-a-Nova, where there are support services such as cafes and public toilets, in addition to the Archaeological Museum and Ethnographic “Manuel Vicente Guerreiro”. This route coincides with other routes of this Cycling Center, with different distances and degrees of difficulty, allowing you to choose a different route during the activity.
