MTB XC Route, over 36,1 kilometers long and with 450 m of positive accumulated height. Beginning and ending at the "Polo D - Baixo Alentejo no Centro de Cycling de Ourique", located in Ourique.

Route of moderate difficulty, mainly on rural paths, with a landscape dominated by cork oak and holm oak. The degree of difficulty is attributed essentially to the distance covered, as the paths are wide and have a good terrain, without steep slopes and with great fluidity throughout the landscape. The main crossing points are the Castro da Cola archaeological site, located next to the Mira river and the Santa Clara Dam, and the Aldeia de Palheiros. In Castro da Cola there is a restaurant and a recommended Interpretive Center and in Aldeia de Palheiros there are support services such as cafes and public toilets. This route coincides with other routes of this Cycling Center, with different distances and degrees of difficulty, allowing you to choose a different route during the activity.
