Leaving Serpa towards Guadiana, this moderately difficult route crosses agricultural fields and goes down to the bottom of the valley as far as the Azenha da Ordem watermill. From here, the route returns to the plains in the direction of the Ermida de São Brás chapel, later passing through the village of Santa Iria and its 16th Century church. The return journey to the town of Serpa starts here and follows the same course as routes 3 and 4.
