Ourique Cyclin'Portugal Center
Ourique Cycling Center consists of 6 mountain bike routes in the XC Cross Country mode (one green, two blue, two red and one black), with a total of 261 km, of which 89 km are signposted (green and blue routes).The main door of this center is located at the entrance of the village, in the garden next to the taxi rank, and is equipped with all the infrastructures to support the practice of the sport, such as changing rooms, service station for bicycles, information panel, among others.
This Center is interconnected with the Cycling Center of Almodôvar through its routes, constituting a network for cycling visitation of the entire territory of this Polo in the Lower Alentejo. Most routes are developed through the Alentejo landscape along rural paths, without particular technical difficulties or very demanding slopes, which can be covered without great limitations by hybrid or gravel bikes.
