In this refuge, we are invited to have lunch or dinner in the lounge, or simply have a drink and forget the time, enjoying a long conversation in a good company. And in winter, the fireplace nook comforts the spirit and prepares us for a meal rich in traditions.
With a selection of the best products from the Alentejo, we make the Alentejo pork "Migas", lamb stew, the Cação soup, "Cabidela de Galinha do Campo" - a type of chicken stew and many other delicacies that are equally characteristic of this region.
To accompany the meal, the Castro da Cola restaurant invites us to discover the richness of the wines of the Alentejo Demarcated Region with its wide and careful selection. To top it off, one can delight in the region's most tempting convent sweets made with high-quality local produce using traditional recipes.
